With the concept of no duty principle underlying U.S. health law; policy, law, and regulations have been created to legally enforce rights to increase access to healthcare.  In the absence of a constitutional right to healthcare, a new term, referred to as created rights or rights-creating have evolved.  Three areas of created rights are health law, healthcare financing, and healthcare insurance.
