    Imagine you are a supervisor and inherited a new employee after the pandemic began and therefore work is virtual, what first step would you take to build a connection?
    Imagine that same new employee, you are delivering their yearly evaluation with 3 positives and 1 need for improvement. Take your specific career field and write a “mock” script of exactly what you will say. Fill in details that fit your particular career/job.
    Using the concepts learned from “Secret to Giving Feedback” and “How to Give Feedback in a Virtual Environment”, what other steps would you take to create effective feedback with a new employee during the pandemic?
