communication, teamwork. Then they will select one of the
    corresponding KSC’s(Refer task description)
The KSC each person have chosen corresponds to the skill chosen by the person. Each person has to choose a different skill(problem-solving,
    communication, teamwork. )
When addressing the KSC using the STAR ( Situation, Task, Action, Result)  technique, you might draw on other skills to help
demonstrate your capabilities, but the primary focus should be on one’s skill.

There should be 2 drafts for each team member (total 3 first drafts and 3 final drafts). In first draft, one should demonstrate their skill by addressing the KSC using the star technique.

The first draft of each person should be discussed among the team and based on the peer review feedback (one placed in the Appendix) the final draft should be made. The suggestions from the team members should be included in the final draft. In the peer review feedback (in the appendix) in a team of three, you will need to write 2 pieces of feedback of about approx 100 words each.

This is the first part of the assignment, each draft of each person should be of 500 words ( total drafts 6- total words 3000).

In the second part of the assignment, an individual reflection of 500 words each talking about the significant contributions of each person, what one has learned. It should be written in each team member’s perspective.
