    Woodrow Wilson’s signing of the Espionage and Sedition Acts
    Franklin D. Roosevelts executive order to relocate Japanese Americans

    Directions:

    Use both of the presidential decisions affecting civil liberties listed in the historical context and for each:
        Describe the historical circumstances that led to each decision
        Discuss an argument of those in favor of and an argument of those opposed to
    each presidential decision
