Policy Brief – Electronic Vehicles

I need a policy brief and cover letter written and addressed to mayor candidate Andrew Yang.  The brief will be about a push for electronic vehicles ( more specificly yellow cabs) and charging stations in New York City.  I’ve attached the requirements and a sample brief.
