PLease see attached word document for instructions and grading rubric which needs to be followed completely as that is how it is graded. The topic for this paper is Nursing bedside shift report within the Emergency Department. The idea is to develop a solution to the lack of bedside shift report within the emergency department. There is also a sample paper that is attached. Please be sure to have the paper look exactly like the sample paper.
