Research, summarize, and report an OD intervention at the group level for mentoring. Overall, the intervention must contain four elements:
1) Introduction of the intervention, including its (a) purpose, (b) level – individual, group or
organizational, and (c) expected outcomes.
2) Address underlying theories, including key historical events.
3) Explain application and provide examples such as actual organization experience with the
intervention (positive and negative).
4) Make a reflection on the overall learning about the intervention by presenting three key
points supported by a logical rationale.
