    Hello,

    You will need to research a little bit about ING bank (www.ing.com) to answer the 2 questions.  Keep in mind that ING is in a changing environment and in a time of digital transformation.

    See attached .doc for more information about the assignment.  The 2 questions to answer are:

    1)  “What advantages and disadvantages can you identify from the operational strategy that ING has implemented (within their banking sector)?”
    **This question you can answer in “bullet point” style.  It does not need to be “paragraph style”** 

    2) “Argue whether is possible or not to digitize all banking products.”
    Focus on clear and concrete criteria whether it is possible to digitize all banking products or not.
    **This question DOES need to be paragraphs. It should be a minimum 1.5 pages to maximum 2 pages .  Calibri 12, 1.5 spacing **
